Extended travel: Venues beyond a 2 hour drive from Seattle. $50 per driving hour.
Destination travel: Events that require flights or lodging. Actual expenses billed at cost.

What is your travel policy?
Included within a 2 hour drive of Seattle. Beyond that, $50 per driving hour or client covered flights and hotel.
Can you coordinate with our planner and venue?
Yes. We share a simple plan for timing and placement, confirm access, and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on request.
What are your booking terms?
A 50 percent retainer reserves your date. The full balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding. After initial retainer, payment plans are available, just ask! Reschedules depend on availability.
Do you offer revisions to the edit?
One revision is included if you want something edited out or adjusted. Additional revisions are $200 per revision.
How much space and power do you need?
No outlet needed. Fully battery powered. Please allow a 6 by 6 foot footprint. We arrive 60 minutes before the guest window for setup.
